Not working on iPhone
- Check whether your iPhone is listed as a compatible device,
The phone model you have does not matter when sharing! - Ensure that your TAPIN device is in touch with the top of their phone’s back.
- On an iPhone, use the top of the device’s back to read TAPIN
A TAPIN DEVICE CANNOT BE READ IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- “Airplane mode” is enabled on the phone.
- The flashlight on their device is turned on
- Their phone’s screen has been locked
- Their camera is turned on
Not working on Android
Check whether your Android is listed as a compatible device.
Make sure your Tapin is placed in the center of their phone’s back.
Turn on NFC capabilities in their phone settings.
